Recognisable by its conical shape and its smooth, thin crust, and straw yellow colour. Soft paste, uniform, with few eyes and of an ivory-white colour, of an incredible creaminess on the palate and very natural flavour suitable for everyone. A daily and continued use cheese, with good culinary uses.

Made from pasteurised cow’s milk. 7 days minimum ripening.
Pairing / Consumption
Ideal with dry white or rosé wines. Conservation: Keep refrigerated between 4ºC and 8ºC. Once opened, for optimum conservation it is recommended to cover the cut cheese with aluminium foil or plastic, leaving the crust uncovered. Consumption: Leave the cheese at room temperature approximately 10 minutes prior to consumption in order to fully partake of its flavour, texture and smell.
