Quality and Food Safety Policy

The Quality and Food Safety Policy of Industrias Lácteas San Vicente, S.A. arises from Management’s concern of guaranteeing full client satisfaction.

To achieve it, the company has implemented a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), which is an internationally recognised system to manage food safety throughout the entire food chain.

It has also implemented a Quality Management System in compliance with UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008 standard, to prove its capacity of supplying products and services that satisfy the client’s requirements.
