A perfect cheese for its mixture and maturation, neither excessively tender, nor excessively hard, with an intense flavor, but not very strong.

Made with pasteurized cow, sheep and goat milk. Minimum maturity 35 days.

Pairing / Consumption

Very suitable to accompany it with a young wine, or rosé.
