Características
This cheese is covered in edible white mould which gives it some unique characteristics. It’s made with pasteurized goat milk and has a smooth texture yet is more compact that fresh cheese. It’s ideal for pastas, pizzas or grilled.

100% goat milk, ferments, rennet, salt. Ripening: 10 days.
