This cheese is covered in edible white mould which gives it some unique characteristics. It’s made with pasteurized goat milk and has a smooth texture yet is more compact that fresh cheese. It’s ideal for pastas, pizzas or grilled.

Enjoy it with a refreshing fruity white wine or a mild beer or cava.
